Supply Chain Innovation Manager–Converse Inc., Boston, MA. Work together with Geography Operations Leadership team and Global Supply Chain Innovation team to identify key priorities for the supply chain and develop the Operations strategy roadmap for the geography; join forces with the Global Supply Chain Innovation team to offer short, and long-term strategic planning cycle in support of distribution, logistics, marketplace operations, inventory management, and technology strategies; deliver analytics products to Operations teams within the geography in partnership with the global operations analytics team to support data driven and analytical based decisions; drive performance management framework and govern overall performance management across the supply chain within the geography; and collaborate with Geography Operations and Global Supply Chain Innovation teams to develop and lead project plans to bring strategy to life including but not limited to research and identification of innovative solutions, defining breakthroughs and business cases, manage the program lifecycle, and participate in program governance to share overall progress. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, IN, LA, MT, ND, SD, VT, and WY.

　　Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, Strategic Planning or Engineering Management and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a supply chain related occupation.
