　　Your Role and Responsibilities

　　As a Finance & Administration Business Associate you'll be a trusted business advisor. You'll have the opportunity to position IBM for long-term financial growth delivering analysis, and providing insight and innovation into the business. You'll be redefining how we manage our organization and how we work while achieving budgeted targets and ensuring the delivery of a high quality product.In this role, you'll work in our IBM Client Innovation Center (CIC), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.​ These centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

　　Scope of duties:

　　Collect payments from the customers

　　Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers,stakeholders

　　Do a reconciliation of accounts or research on disputed AR

　　Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment-related issues

　　Build and maintain positive relationship with client
