　　Cennox is seeking a Service Technician for our

　　New Albany manufacturing facility.

　　Position Summary:

　　As a Bench Service Technician for Cennox, you will be responsible for diagnosis and technical fixes, repairs and refurbishment to  smart-safes and components. Time will be split between smart-safe remanufacturing / testing and bench repair work. Knowledge of various troubleshooting skills on electro-mechanical processes is preferred.

　　Skills and Requirements:

　　Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)

　　Aptitude to learn from written documents 

　　Aptitude for working with various tools and electronic diagnostic devices

　　Critical thinking required for diagnosis of problems with electronics

　　Strong organizational skills

　　Self-motivated with an ability to work independently

　　Ability to effectively communicate and interact with supervisors, co-workers, and office staff

　　Physical Requirements:  

　　Ability to lift and move 50 or more pounds

　　Ability to climb, bend, stoop, and reach freely

　　Ability to stand for long periods of time

　　Must have good hand/eye coordination 

　　Vision correctable to 20/20

　　Finger dexterity for use of applicable tools
