　　The Impact Youll Make in this Role

　　The person hired for the position of Supply Chain Analyst will join the 3M Guin facility located in Guin, AL and support production planning operations. The person will be responsible for managing the end to end supply chain while ensuring customer requirements and supply chain metrics are attained.

　　As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

　　Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

　　Manage the supply plan by purchasing raw materials, scheduling production and managing finished good inventory for multiple manufacturing areasCoordinate with other 3M locations, external suppliers, and various business teams to meet service, cost, and Inventory targetsDevelop and maintain operating rhythms to ensure smooth supply chain operations, aligning supply with demandProvide planning analysis to support decision makingPublish and present service and inventory metrics, results, and gap analysisActively manage working and non-working inventories in assigned businesses to maintain compliance and achieve inventory investment targetsIdentify and implement supply chain process improvement projectsBusiness transformation readiness activities and projects as assignedYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

　　Bachelors degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionTwo (2) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

　　A Bachelor level university/college degree is required. Masters is Preferred if obtainedMinimum of two (2) years of Supply Chain experienceWorking knowledge of theories and practices, typically applied to one discipline, such as supply planning, warehousing, transportation, inventory/materials control, import/export, etc. Possesses knowledge of assigned area of responsibility and continues to expand knowledge of general 3M structure, organization, and businessKnowledge of computer programs and corporate systems relevant to the assigned area of responsibility is preferred.SAP knowledge/background strongly preferredWork location:

　　Guin, ALTravel: May include up to 5% domestic

　　Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

　　Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

　　Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $79,971 - $97,742, which includes base pay plus variable ncentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
