Customer Service Representative
Duro-Last Roofing has an opening for a Customer Service Representative in our Insulation Department. This is a hybrid position and will be located at our Company headquarters in Saginaw, Michigan. This is a full-time, hourly based position with excellent benefits.
Position Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customersWork closely with customers by handling incoming requestsEstimation and entry of quotes and ordersComputer Data EntryTechnical AdviceAll other duties assigned
Position Requirements:Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent customer service experience is requiredEnergetic and "self-starting"Excellent written/verbal communication skillsAccurate and detail-orientedMust have excellent math and keyboarding skillsAbility to handle multiple tasksAbility to work independently on projects and perform as part of a teamKnowledge of the Duro-Last Roofing system a plusAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to work some evenings
