Description

　　Robert Half is seeking an experienced Supplier Analyst for a direct hire role in a progressive company based in North Raleigh, North Carolina. This is a newly created position due to rapid growth. The person in this role will act as a primary contact for property ownership notifications and landlord payment account changes, develop key relationships, and assist in various Lease Administration responsibilities. 　　Primary responsibilities include.

　　Act as first point of contact for notifications of property ownership and changes to rent payment accounts.

　　Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords.

　　Follow up on required vendor documentation and compliance requests.

　　Manage vendor setup in accounting and lease tracking systems.

　　Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to vendor accounts and lease documents.

　　Collaborate with Lease Administration, Real Estate, and Legal teams.

　　Support and back up Manager of Lease Administration in onboarding landlords, managing database and records, building rapport with Landlords and Property Managers and assisting with process and data retention projects.

　　Process 1099s

　　Requirements:

　　Minimum of 2 years of commercial real estate administration experience, focusing on Landlord payment accounts.

　　At least 1 years of Accounts Payable experience.

　　In-depth knowledge of IRS 1099 guidelines.

　　Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Outlook.

　　Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
