Executive Support Engineer
What does a great Executive Support Engineer do?
As part of Fiserv’s Technology Services, we are seeking an experienced VIP support Engineer. This role is responsible for providing superior VIP technical support and building relationships with executive support personnel. In this position, you will be acting as the main liaison to the C-level executive team supporting technology hardware, software, and services. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, and be able to build strong working relationships with Fiserv executives and their staff. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
As an Executive Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:
Technical:
Install and support of end user devices including PC’s, mobile devices, LAN/WAN, printers, and other peripherals
Install, support, and maintain PC applications in a Windows 10 Active Directory environment. Software includes Operating Systems, Endpoint Security, Office 365, VPN, System Management tools and various business unit software titles
Support of Exchange Online, Teams and other collaborative tools.
Have detailed knowledge of the use of a computer to present and combine text, graphics, audio and video with links and tools that let user navigate, interact, and communicate.
Connect, Support, and Troubleshoot AV, presentation, and teleconferencing equipment.
Current Fiserv video activity in this environment takes place on the following platforms: Vidyo, Webex, MS Teams, Zoom, GoTo and Skype(consumer version).
Join or receive MS Teams calls from executive boardroom.
Relationship Management:
Serve as the service delivery expert and single point of contact for senior executives.
Inspire passion and enthusiasm for achievement of goals in support of operational excellence.
Provide proactive support – takes a disciplined approach to managing and monitoring operations, making changes to drive improved results.
Drive collaboration among individuals and groups for the resolution of technology issues.
Inspire trust by following through on commitments. Shows integrity by ensuring self and others are held accountable.
Coordinate and monitor executive meetings utilizing collaboration and A/V services. Supports executive level conferences and events.
Support new technologies and will prepare the executive team for use/adoption.
Continue to evolve the Executive Support Program by defining and implementing new initiatives to improve the program.
Manage and govern the delivery of VIP Support Services across multiple locations.
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science preferred, but will consider alternative degree major combined with equivalent experience.
5+ years’ experience building, deploying, and troubleshooting PC’s and Mobile equipment in a corporate environment.
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, and O365 support.
5+ years’ experience in business communication platforms such as messaging, video conferencing, telephony etc
Direct experience supporting Executive/VIP teams and their assistants
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, Lifting (up to 40 lbs), & Crouching (beneath desks)
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent problem solving, quantitative and analytical skills
Exceptional customer service by identifying a client’s needs and matching them with products and services offered
Provide on-call support on a routine basis
Provide both onsite and remote support at multiple locations as needed
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
Operating System certifications
ITIL certifications
Knowledge of ServiceNow
Crestron experience a plus
Polycom experience a plus

Salary Range
$96,400.00 - $162,000.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
