　　The Site Facilities department in Hilversum supports the Creative Center and its employees in the areas of housing, technical installations, grounds maintenance, mobile telephony, health & safety, catering, fleet leasing, cleaning, Shipping/Packing, etc.

　　Job purpose:

　　Optimal functioning of the Shipping, Packing and goods receipt sub-department, meeting service,

　　mail, office supplies and printing warehouse. Manage 2 Site facilities assistants Shipping/Packing and 2 Facilities assistants. Also supporting all facility tasks of the Site Facilities department in Hilversum.

　　Core activities:

　　Management (30%):

　　Coaching, training and conducting evaluation and assessment conversations.

　　Making management reports.

　　Optimizing and documenting work processes.

　　Consultation with internal departments.

　　Consultation with courier companies.

　　Communication with governmental and local authorities.

　　Shipping & Packaging (50%):

　　Taking note of regulations regarding packaging of dangerous goods in accepted quantities according to IATA, ADR).

　　Packaging samples and providing the correct documents for shipping in accordance with IATA and ADR laws and regulations.

　　Other Facilities tasks (20%):

　　Mobile telephony management activities, ordering office supplies.

　　Creating purchase requisitions, goods receipts and any other Facilities related tasks.

　　Job Requirements

　　MBO/HBO degree or equivalent experience

　　2 years of work experience in a similar position

　　Dutch language: fluent in writing & speaking

　　English language: good in writing & speaking

　　Required knowledge of systems and procedures:

　　IATA certified and ADR knowledge

　　SAP shipping Fragrances/Flavors/Goods receipt and creating PRs

　　MS office applications Outlook, Word, Access and Excell, Teams

　　Infodis/Descartes Software package as a link to all couriers

　　Shipping software DHL, DHL Global forwarding, FEDEX, Express Alliance

　　FMIS (Ultimo)
