  Responsibilities

  The PVP (provider, vendor, and place of service)Supervisor services as the front-line supervisor by managing and directing the activities of the PVP analysts on the System Support team. The Supervisor oversees the daily work by overseeing the Epic CRMS, tickets, workqueues, and daily work assigned to ensure that the department consistently meets production standards and delivers quality customer service. This position continually examines team performance, provides feedback, makes recommendations for training and implements action plans to sustain and improve team performance. The Supervisor disseminates information to the department in a timely, organized manner, and is also responsible for communicating fundamental goals, assignments, and expectations to the team. Responsible for maintenance, training, and support as directed by management for the PVP analysts. Provides overall consistency in the deliverables for the PVP team by overseeing the quality of configuration, testing, and training efforts for the team. Offers subject matter expertise for the provider, vendor, and place of service (PVP) configuration to the team for improved and efficient build. Utilizes analytical skills to provide quality control for PVP build. Monitors system issues, uses analytical skills to troubleshoot issues including end user difficulties. Maintains process documents for the PVP team to ensure all processes are well documented. Provide PVP support to other teams for provider related issue resolution and Epic upgrade build/testing.

  Salary Range: $99,164 - $122,501 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

  Qualifications

  Education

  Required: Four-year degree (BA, BS in business or related field). Information Systems application experience or KSC experience (will substitute experience year-for –year to meet education requirements).

  Preferred: N/A

  Experience

  Required:

  Minimum 4 years’ experience with healthcare applications, system design, configuration, or support, which includes:

  Two years of supervisory/lead/management experience and/or related leadership role AND Two years of experience in Tapestry PVP configuration

  Preferred:

  5+ years’ experience in a Managed Care environment.

  Competent working knowledge of Epic Tapestry configuration.

  License(s)

  Required: Valid Texas Driver’s License

  Preferred: Epic Tapestry Certification or Proficiency

  Special Skills

  Required:

  Strong ability to translate administrative and operating requirements specific to EPIC Tapestry System into clear, specific actionable system configurations and the ability to implement those configurations related to PVP.

  Ability to test, train and audit Provider, Vendor, Place of Service system configurations to assure functional accuracy.

  Microsoft office including Excel and MS Access.

  Demonstrated knowledge of claims processing, vendor, provider and place of service build.

  Ability to utilize reports to make data driven decisions and monitor staff performance.

  Proficient in conflict resolution, group interaction, and team building.

  Preferred:

  Strong analytical and reporting skills.

  Demonstrable knowledge of clinical data sets (CPT, HCPS, ICD-10)

  Other

  Required:

  Excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to read and interpret industry documents.

  Must be flexible, detail oriented, and able to work within tight deadlines.

  Must exhibit exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

  Must have ability to train other staff on PVP configuration and tasks.
