JOB REQUIREMENTS: Maintenance Planning Supervisor - 1119464400DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Job Overview The Maintenance PlannerSupervisor will coordinate and schedule the maintenance of all plantsystems. This individual will manage the preventative maintenanceprogram and coordinate contracted work to outside vendors. JobResponsibilities * Partner with Maintenance Supervisors and MaintenanceManager to distribute the planned and scheduled maintenance workload tomeet the needs of Operations and Maintenance * Develop and maintain aplanned maintenance program for the facility. Partner with otherdepartments (Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, etc) and vendors(Equipment and Service) to continually identify, review and modifyexisting PMs in order to ensure desired performance of all assets.Responsible for ensuring that Great Lakes Cheese CMMS system is up todate with latest information and documentation * Ensure that all PMs inGreat Lakes Cheese CMMS system are written and maintained to the properlevel of detail, including but not limited to: PPE, Parts, Tools,Supplies and Labor needed. PMs should also detail any safetyconsiderations or LOTO necessary to complete work in a safe manner. *Identify reoccurring equipment breakdowns and develop methods andmodifications to prevent downtime. Work with subject matter experts todetermine proper preventative program to address identified issue infuture * Coordinate with planners from other facilities to ensureconsistent PMs for similar assets across GLC network. * Coordinate andschedule work orders (Planned and Emergency) and necessary maintenancepersonnel to execute. Partner with operations team to schedule downtimefor repairs where necessary. Ensure maintenance organization and partsare available to complete work in the coordinated downtime window. *Review and provide feedback to technician and supervisor to ensure thatall maintenance documentation is completed and recorded accurate. *Where necessary, contact and coordinate work with outside contractorsand vendors to schedule and complete repairs and installations *Communicate and work with Production and other departments to addressissues/problems with identified operating systems such as SAP CMMS. *Supervise MRO Storeroom personnel and department function * Work withMRO Storeroom personnel and other GLC facilities to research price andavailability of new and replacement parts. * Work with MRO Storeroom todevelop, implement and maintain parts kitting process tied to thePlanned Maintenance Program * Work with other GLC facilities andEngineering to identify and develop critical spare parts list as well asa system to share inventory across sites for high cost, long lead time,infrequent use parts * All GLC employees are expected to perform anyassignment or job task according to the stated safety policies andprocedures. * All GLC employees are expected to produce and promote ourproducts and services in a manner that exceeds the quality and valueexpectation of our customers and consumers by adhering to GoodManufacturing Practices, Policies and Procedures outlined in our SafeQuality Food Program. Working Conditions * Ability to frequently handlematerial from floor-to-waist, waist-to-shoulder andpushing/pulling/carrying. * Ability to constantly stand/walk;bend/flex/extend neck; frequently grip/reach/lift/pull with L/R hands.* Hair nets, ear plugs/muffs, hardhats, and/or safety glasses may berequired. * Product weight: up to 100 lbs * Repetitive work in afast-paced production environment with average temperature of 50-60degrees F. * Use of motor skills to safely drive tow motors or othermotorized vehicles in tight quarters.
