Description:

　　Machine Operator I is an entry-level member of the production team and will operate a variety of complex machines, complete processing tasks to support the production floor. This position will also produce or build product to support customer demand, operate tools & equipment, inspect in-process components, and complete documentation as required. All Machine Operators shall always perform their activities with Safety, Quality, and Integrity.

　　• Responsible for setting up, tearing down, and maintenance of braiding/coiling machines

　　• Ability to reference parts to blueprints and drawings

　　• Operate the braiding and coil machines

　　• Verify recipe programs

　　• Loading and unloading bobbins or spools on machines

　　• Performance in-process inspection for braiding/coil runs

　　• Perform basic troubleshooting

　　• Ability to understand travelers and verify materials

　　• Ability to use microscope, ruler, pin gage

　　• Group maintenance on all machines end of every month as required

　　• Work to improve efficiencies in the department

　　• Additional duties as assigned

　　Skills:

　　Cleanroom, Microscope, Medical device assembly, Packaging, machine operation, production, general labor, machine operating, inspection, blueprint

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　• Must be able to work with machine and tooling

　　• Basic knowledge of blueprint/specifications preferred

　　• Basic math skills preferred

　　• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English preferred
