Summary: Responsible for the supervision of professional and hourly personnel who provide management with the information required to plan, control and evaluate a variety of accounting operations for both Division and Corporate. Responsibilities: * Develop basic requirements for reporting managerial accounting information necessary to control and monitor costs * Review, analyze and recommend necessary revisions to plans * Train and mentor the A/P team to build strong understanding of the systems and procedures * Work closely with purchasing team to provide guidance on supplier invoicing issues and new account setups. * Understanding of sales and use tax, as well as 1099's * Supervise the generation and distribution of meaningful accounting reporting and analysis documents * Maintain an effective working relationship with Division and Corporate management on related financial matters * Develop and implement new computer applications for reporting and analysis functions * All employees are responsible for the Quality of their work to ensure BEI meets, or exceeds Customer Satisfaction.
