Job Description Summary:Supervision of the construction project resulting in successful project completion.Job Description:P OSITION R ESPONSIBILITIES AND D UTIES :Able to perform all essential Asst. Supt./Project Engineer job responsibilitiesOversee all field operations, Assistant Superintendent, and Project Engineer to assure they are completing their required tasksAttend and participate in Safety Training Program and enforce safety proceduresCreate, prepare and maintain responsibility of the job scheduleRecruit, organize, train, direct and coordinate field construction team including subcontractor's direct hire workAssure work quality - set standards for quality controlOrder materials and tools and plan supply allotment to avoid "crisis" buyingPrepare necessary reports (e.g. time sheets, work orders, daily reports and invoice approval)Complete buyout of formwork contract with upper management.
