Construction Superintendent

　　This candidate will be a Project Manager running their Quality division. This is a new division for the team, and so this is a very critical hire here.

　　Skills & Qualifications

　　10+ years of Superintendent experience at a COMMERCIAL GC working on schools or other LARGE vertical construction projects

　　5+ years of commercial construction experience (GROUND UP IS REQUIRED - THIS IS 90% of what they do - interiors-only folks are irrelevant here

　　Bachelor's degree in AEC
