Nobles County Public Works Summer Workers Temporary/Seasonal 1 positions Parks 2 positions Highway Engineering/Maintenance Nobles County is currently accepting applications for the 2024 summer season. Parks: provides day-to-day maintenance of various parks within Nobles County including mowing, trimming and cutting trees, building and grounds maintenance, painting and general labor. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver s license. Highway Engineering/Maintenance: 1) assists engineering staff in engineering construction inspection activities by performing surveying, staking, inspection and testing of materials; 2) assists highway maintenance staff in performing bituminous and concrete patching, crack sealing, and mowing. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 18 years of age, have a valid driver s license, and able to work long hours in a physically demanding job. These are temporary positions and not intended to last beyond late summer or early fall.
