Responsibilities:
The students will be working in a team environment following existing procedures to assist with projects for Alaskan Satellite Telecommunication infrastructure (ASTI) program in Alaska.Requirements :
Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics or Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university with at least 24 credit hours in STEM fields.
Basic knowledge of electrical circuit theory and design.
Basic knowledge of programing concepts and techniques.
Basic knowledge of soldering and disordering electrical components on Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
Attention to detail and report writing.
Ability to follow procedures to assemble electrical module
Ability to work on-site in Anchorage ZAN full-time in the summers and part-time (5 or more hours) during the school year
Ability to pass an FAA background investigation ( US Citizenship or Permanent Residency required )
Education/Experience:
