About the role
We are the CBRE’s Design practice, an engineering design capability within the largest commercial real estate services company in the world! We are a team of authorities, covering every engineering field, from backgrounds working to deliver outstanding design solutions for our clients. We also work in many market sectors outside of commercial real estate, including Aviation, Civic, Higher Ed, Healthcare, Judicial, Critical and Sports.
The Structural Engineer provides design and engineering services for the structural engineering group’s projects. The Structural Engineer will work within the team of draftsmen and other engineers for the completion of projects assigned to the engineering group. Complete field work throughout design and construction and perform assessments on existing structures.
What you’ll do
Develop conceptual/feasibility reports, cost estimations, detailed design drawings, and structural evaluations.
Structural-focused projects and design tasks.
Plan and supervise appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor, including overtime.

Bachelor's degree (BS in Eng) from College or University in a technical area of study.
Minimum 3 years of related experience and/or training. proven experience preferred
Obtained Professional Engineering License
Assessment experience preferred.
