Structural Drafter

　　Actalent is searching for a structural drafter in Cleveland, OH! This position will support a structural engineering firm that specializes in structural building design projects. Project types include healthcare, higher education, k-12, commercial / office buildings, an more.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Create detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by architects and engineers

　　Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings

　　Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of structures, components, and systems

　　Prepare and revise drawings, schematics, and blueprints according to project requirements

　　Incorporate design changes and modifications as directed by project managers

　　Review and analyze technical documents, sketches, and calculations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

　　Maintain accurate records of all drawings, revisions, and project documentation

　　Coordinate with project team members to ensure timely completion of drafting tasks

　　Experience:

　　Proficient in using Revit OR structural software (Risa 3D / Tekla)

　　Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professional
