Position Overview:
The Industry Insights Lead is a key player responsible for Circana\'srelationship with Walmart\'s Merchant Leadership team in the Homeindustry. This individual understands the strategic vision of whatCircana and the client are hoping to accomplish in their business andproactively finds opportunities to apply Circana information to addressthe client\'s business issues. The individual will be viewed as atrusted advisor at the client impacting their business decisions.Responsibilities include information analysis, delivering actionableinsights, presentations, highlighting new capabilities, building newrelationships, managing others, and identifying revenue opportunities.

Overall Responsibilities:
Manage and implement strategic approach to client, by developingrelationships, understanding the clie t\'s key initiatives, andbringing solutions to challenges and opportunities.Develop a deep understanding of Circana\'s product portfolio andtheir application in measuring markets, competitors, and customers.Accurately interpret Circana data and clearly articulate insights toboth internal and external audiences in written and verbal formats.Manage, develop, and retain a great team that thinks long term andacts with urgency.Create and execute Joint Partnership Plans with senior merchantleadership, building strong, ongoing relationships and establishingCircana as a trusted partner.Leverage Circana Industry Analysts, Business Units and Corporateresources to improve the overall insights derived from Circana data.Collaborate with the larger Circana Walmart team and internalbusiness partners.Influence Circana product strategy to meet the long-term needs ofthe retailer.Handle inquiries around methodology and data validation acrossbusiness areas.Qualifications:
3-5 years of relevant experience in a data-based client leadership role.
