Description We are offering a contract for a HR Generalist role in Palm Springs, California. As a HR Generalist, your main role will be to ensure the smooth operation of our human resources department, with a primary focus on employee onboarding, job postings, employee training, compliance, and other HR related duties.

Responsibilities

• Accurately draft and publish job descriptions to attract suitable talent

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and smooth experience

• Conduct training sessions for employees at different career stages, including initial onboarding training and advanced skills development

• Maintain a thorough understanding of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, ensuring regulatory compliance and reducing legal risks

• Perform various HR tasks including maintaining employee records, providing HR policy guidance, and understanding compensation and benefit options

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for various HR functions

• Ensure employee relations and communication are handled effectively

• Ensure compliance with all HR functions and benefit functions

• Develop job descriptions as needed Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is a requirement for this role

• Must have experience with ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with Benefit Functions is essential

• Excellent Communication skills are necessary

• A strong understanding of Compliance matters is required

• Must have experience in Employee Relations

• Onboarding experience is crucial for this role

• Ability to Develop Job Descriptions is desired
