About the Role

　　The Brazil Rides Operations team acts to guarantee the ridesharing business growth and health in Brazil. We are looking for an individual who has strong problem solving and analytical skills, as well as a strong ownership and eye for business. In this role, you will coordinate our operations and be a teammate in coming up with initiatives to drive growth and operational efficiencies. This is a key position that can make a big impact on business and change the way people move in our countries.

　　Run local improvements to ensure market's growth and reliabilityCollect local insights and develop initiatives and experiments as a resultCoordinate projects with our cross-functional teams to improve processes and toolsReact quickly to crisesSupervise metrics to ensure business performance and support our decision making process with an analytical approachAdvise leadership on tough tradeoffs and propose solutions that may involve several teams with a strong impactPartner with Brazil & LATAM teams on high-impact and critical initiatives

　　Basic Qualifications

　　Good eye for business and problem solving skills, with ability to translate quantitative findings into action plan;Analytical skills (Data driven mentality);Advanced professional proficiency in Portuguese and in EnglishExperience running effective presentations to internal and external audiencesSQL or similar programming languages experience;Stakeholder management and experience interpreting and presenting data to various audiences;
