　　Global Consulting International (GCI) is a Utah-based minority-owned, Government contracting business. We are seeking qualified applicants to support a Dept. of Homeland Security- CISA contract in a full-time contractor role.

　　Location

　　Washington, DC- On-site work may be required (Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm)

　　Responsibilities for this role are:

　　Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and data gathering to identify themes, trends, and gaps to support implementation of critical infrastructure initiatives

　　Develop national plans, doctrine, policies, and support programs that build federal cybersecurity governance and risk management capacity through actionable strategies and solutions

　　Analyze, review and develop national policies and strategic planning documents, cross-border agreements that enhance Critical Infrastructure (Cl) protection and resilience

　　Draft technical and analytical papers, options papers, and reports on threats and vulnerabilities to the nation’s critical infrastructures and cyber assets.

　　Draft strategic documents, briefings, talking points, reports, white papers, newsletters, fact sheets, handbooks and/or training guides on critical infrastructure protection, preparedness and resilience

　　Required skills, education, training, qualifications, and certifications:

　　10+ years’ experience in planning and policy development with 3+ years of experience in homeland security topical areas

　　Experience designing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies with government clients, executive leadership, staff support, and internal and external stakeholders

　　Able to obtain DHS suitability.

　　Master’s degree in a relevant field of study.

　　Skilled in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

　　This is an RFP with work expected to start in April 2024. The candidate would need to have the ability to support an oral presentation Teams meeting as well as participate in a preparation call for the presentation, and would be compensated for that time.
