What will you be doing?
The Strategic Partner Program Sr. Manager will handle presenting the Global Partner Strategy (Account Based Programs & Channel). This role will build out a new Partner Channel Strategy beyond events. It also will expand the External Global/Regional Communications and develop a proper Awards / Global Brands program.
Responsibilities:
Account Based Channel Strategy & Programs
Research, build and develop a Global Accounts Channel Program globally and in each region.Define and execute a Global Accounts Strategic Partners Program globally and in each region.Build, foster Channel OEM relationships, and jointly take to market.Account mapping by partnerAccount Planning Sessions by partnerCreate, distribute and implement Executive Briefing SOPOrganize Executive Briefings (EBC) for strategic partners.Formulate and nurture Channel Partner relationships to drive pipeline.Form and maintain strategic partner relationships and joint ventures.Obtain and manage all strategic partners for Global Accounts SKO.Manage all large Global Accounts initiatives that include multiple partners.Work in partnership with regional sales leadership and GTM leadership to provide seamless support to the extended organization.Work with thought leadership and subject matter experts to define sales enablement needs.Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and using the trends to make strategic recommendations.Develop, own and execute a proper reporting per partner (eg Sell Sheets).Develop, own and execute a proper Wins / Losses Stories program per partner to enable scaling sales.Design and implement the external communications (customer, partner, industry).Own and execute best-in-class, timely Global Accounts launches to help customers, partners and press understand why what we're doing is valuable to the market.Scale across all regionals to unify the brand and sales best practices.Continuous research on existing strategic partners and new.Research and own Global Accounts awards program.Meet regularly with the Global Accounts Sales Leadership to strategize annually strategic partners and sales solutions focus areas.Organize, plan and execute Sales-to-Partner engagements/events.Attend where valid OEM conferences.Set, track, and analyze GTM efforts with regular, qualitative and quantitative-driven check-ins with leadership. Present and communicate all initiatives to the Global Accounts team, leadership and alliance departments.Set short- and long-term channel sales objectives and evaluate the effectiveness of the current program.Understand business priorities and identify process improvements to create efficiency. Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items. Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and using the trends to make strategic recommendations.
External Communications
Drive external communication plan of joint solutions with Global Accounts strategic partners.Generate and nurture leads via ABM campaigns.Create and own digital plans that scale across the 3 regions.Own and execute best-in-class, timely Global Accounts launches to help customers, partners and press understand why what we're doing is valuable to the market.Develop and manage the Global Accounts Awards Program.Lead a team of creative designers and technical writers that support the Global Accounts enablement needs to drive business.Collaborate and communicate best practices corporate counterparts or relevant parties.Own and define the Global Accounts partner channel strategy and sales enablement needs.Own EMEA Accounts Based Marketing and Business Development.Create with SMEs and own digital plans that scale across the 3 regions. Develop resource, annual plan, or campaign budgets; or provide direction, and oversight for team members creating budgets.Own and develop regional reporting, KPIs and ROI.
Key Qualities/Experience:
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Resilience; perseveres to achieve goals, even in the face of obstacles; copes with setbacks; stays calm under pressure; and accepts constructive criticism without becoming defensive.Bachelor's degree At least 15+ years of integrated marketing experience, with deep expertise in account-based and experiential marketing.Technology industryexperience preferred.Experience sourcing and allocating MDF or Co-Op marketing dollars, a plus.Sustained, long-term success as a highly effective people manager.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Ability to analyze and interpret data- think strategically- and translate this thinking into recommendations and measurable actions.Strong communicator (presentations- written- verbal) with the ability to build strong relationships- and align stakeholders to your vision and recommendations. Excellent vendor/customer relationship development skills. Excellent analytics skills for making critical business decisions. Proficient computer skills (PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, Marketing Platforms, and other key technologies). Must be the subject matter expert concerning daily processes and procedures.
Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $120,000.00 to $140,000.00. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
