　　What will you be doing?

　　Your primary objective is to support Infrastructure Services through maintaining a high level of technical expertise in Advanced Infrastructure supporting AI and Machine Learning use cases , supporting delivery teams and engineers in the deployment of Services, and serving as an escalation point for delivery engineers. You will also be responsible for assisting with the introduction of new services, including development and documentation of deployment methodologies, and working with delivery teams to develop those capabilities in the field.

　　RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Responsible for the development of compute, storage, and network planning, design, and implementation services in support of advanced AI and ML workloadsPre/Post sales consultant to WWT's Enterprise clients.Create Low Level and High-Level design documentation of AI and ML supporting infrastructure components utilizing industry best practicesTranslate business outcomes to technical solutionsProvide technical guidance and support to delivery engineers throughout all phases of a project including Project Launch Workshops, Kickoff calls, lessons learned, etc. as neededReview client deliverables to identify opportunities to improve quality through training, mentoring, product offering improvement, and talent acquisitionMonitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot problem areas as neededConduct research on advanced and next generation compute, storage, and networking infrastructure in support of AI and ML workloads to remain abreast of developments in the networking industryAccess the technical effort required to deliver solutionsServe as an escalation point for troubleshooting of customer networks

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Must have at least 7 years of experience designing, deploying, and implementing high performance compute, storage, and networking infrastructureExtensive large scale high performance computing experience requiredExtensive high speed networking (i.e. InfiniBand) experience requiredHighly skilled in consulting with customers at all levels of the organization in both pre and post-salesHighly Skilled in at least one (1) of the following with more being preferred: Nvidia GPU/DGX computing and/or other similar solutions, InfiniBand networking, Red Hat or other Linux distributions, infrastructure automation solutionsExperience with Kubernetes or other containerization solutionsExperience with Hybrid Cloud network deployments including AWS, Azure, GCP is a plusExperience with network automation using Ansible, Terraform or other orchestration toolsWorking knowledge of middle-mile, cloud interconnectivity or multicloud technologies (Equinix, Megaport, Aviatrix etc) is a plusMulti-vendor experience is requiredStrong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.Able to conduct research into high performance computing issues and products as required.Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.Strong customer service orientation with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.Related degree in computer science or electrical engineering and/or seven to ten years equivalent network engineering experience.
