　　The DGR (Donated Goods Retail) Store Manager position is a salaried position requiring 40 hours per week with pay commensurate to experience starting no lower than $31,000. Paychecks are deposited weekly. Benefits include 403(b), paid time off, life, health, dental, and vision insurance.

　　The store manager is responsible for managing resources, especially other employees, and maintain a great working relationship with the missions team and their participants. The ideal candidate will be able to work with people from a variety of backgrounds, be able to communicate clearly and effectively, and follow instructions. Prior retail management experience preferred. Other key qualifications include:

　　Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills; oral and written communications skills; systems analysis and evaluation skills.Demonstrated ability through prior experience to work and manage all types of people, including those with disabilities. A self-starter who can work independently and as a team player. Able to organize and carry out multiple duties without assistance. Able to deal with stressful situations.Pleasant personality and neat appearance.Demonstrated advanced proficiency with computers and software programs, such as Excel, Word, and cloud-based software. Experience with the Square and other point-of-sale systems a plus.Demonstrated advanced proficiency with a smartphone and apps, most especially messaging and social media such as Facebook.Must pass Goodwill-approved drug test. Will be subject to the company's random drug testing procedures.Must pass a Goodwill-approved criminal background check and not appear on any government registries that track abusers or other such offenses.
