Job Description

　　We are hiring 2 REMOTE Full Cycle Accountant for one of Insight Globals big 4 clients. This person will be supporting the Bookkeeping connect service team, which is an outsourced bookkeeping, accounting, and business intelligence solution for small and medium sized businesses. This person will be supporting 5-10 clients: with the focus on managing the client and managing the monthly close. We are looking for someone who is a problem solver, can work at a fast pace, able to present creative solutions, and do the necessary research depending on the clients needs. Must be familiar with Sage Intacct or Netsuite. Will bring/propose efficiencies to the client after reviewing accounting structure, transactions, etc. This can be a complex and challenging role!

　　Responsibilities:

　　Full cycle Accounting and bookkeeping (AP / cash fixed assets / / p&Ls )

　　Deliver ALL month end close activities as staff or senior accountant for the end clients Reconciliations

　　Skills and Requirements

　　Bachelors Degree (Accounting, Finance or Business)

　　3 years of Outsourced bookkeeping experience (client focused)

　　5 years of full cycle accounting experience (including: AP, AR, bookkeeping, PNLs, reconciliations, financial auditing, etc.)

　　Experience delivering month end close activities for end clients reconciliations

　　Experience in a outsourced bookkeeping role with high volume of customers in a given month for full cycle accounting activities

　　Experience closing monthly books in the ERP software, Sage Intacct

　　Strong leadership, organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability

　　Outgoing personality is a must to land this role.

　　Proficient in Excel (Pivot tables, sorting data, ad hoc reporting, etc) Net Suite ERP experience

　　Industry experience -- Non-profit, Professional service, or Hospitality

　　CPA candidate

　　Management experience null
