As a Store Manager in one ofour thrift stores, you can proudly tell your family and friends that youhelp nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idahos youth by being partof the leadership of a team that collects, processes, and sells donateditems; the profits of which go to fund our Programs and Services andmake them accessible to all youth who need those services in Idaho.
Must Haves:
o Be at least 18 years or older
o Be available for on call work 24 hours/7 days a week
o Have strong customer service skills, be able to WOW our customers!
o 4 - 6 years of proven retail leadership experience in retail orsimilar industry
Preferred:
o Bachelors degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
Our Store Managers:
o Oversees the daily operations of store, including staff scheduling,volunteer management, work assignments, training, open/close activities,and personnel-related issues.
o Operates cash registers, credit card machine and check processingequipment.
o Assist in completing the daily report, sales analysis, and payrollreport
As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifyingemployer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. ThePLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specificconditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.
