NON-NEGOTIABLES:
- - There is only 1 start date each month (per modality)
o RNs will start 2/19 (3rd Monday of Feb)
- - 5 8s, 40 hours/week, every other weekend required
o No flexibility on scheduling
o Candidates can NOT choose their weekend
- - NO Requested Time Off
o This is a 13 week contract and NO rto will be approved
o Any unforeseen rto during the contract will likely lead to cancellation
- - Extension process
o Extension rate is 98%
o Candidates can request time off between contracts
- - A mandatory virtual meet and greet will occur at 11:30a the Tuesday prior to start date
o This will be with the director of staff development and me/mike
ALL candidates will be screened by the local office to ensure the candidate was properly locked down.
Following the phone screen, the candidate's resume will be submitted to the client for review. Offers will be given by the facility based on skills reflected in the resume.
