　　Take on all aspects related to running our store including conflict resolution, problem solving, and goal attainment.

　　Ensure your team’s success in achieving positive results in sales and customer service

　　Maintain store cleanliness and product displays

　　Foster and improve customer relationships

　　Achieve store sales targets

　　Hire, train, and manage staff

　　Devise innovative solutions to business challenges

　　Qualifications:

　　The store manager position requires a strong set of skills in problem solving, critical thinking, prioritization, and excellent communication and follow through. Skills such as strategic use of empathy and non-verbal cues are highly valuable. Some of the basic qualifications are as follows:

　　3+ years of related work experience in retail sales & customer service

　　Excellent interpersonal and motivation skills

　　GED/High School Diploma required

　　Strong work ethic and a desire to work with others

　　Good time management and prioritization skills

　　Strong attention to detail

　　Clear and effective written and verbal communication

　　Excellent customer service attitude and skills

　　Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
