Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Per Diem
Job Type: Per Diem
Availability: 3 to 4 days per week, including AM and Night shifts
Locations: Residential homes and schools
Pay Range: $26 to $28 per hour
Schedule:
· Per Diem shifts,with a requirement to pick up at least 4 shifts or more per month.
· Flexiblescheduling to accommodate availability.
Responsibilities:
· Provideexceptional nursing care in residential homes and school settings.
· Administermedications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
· Monitor and recordpatient vital signs and other relevant health indicators.
· Collaborate withinterdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
· Maintain accurateand timely documentation of patient assessments and interventions.
· Respondeffectively to emergent situations following established protocols.
Requirements:
· Active and unrestrictedLVN license in CA.
· Minimum 1 year ofexperience in nursing, preferably in a residential or school setting.
· Ability to workflexible hours, including AM and Night shifts.
· Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.
· Dedication toproviding high-quality patient care.
