　　Responsibilities

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Perform regular inspection and preventative maintenance of plant equipment, facilities, and grounds

　　Troubleshoot and repair electric/electronic equipment, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems

　　Record maintenance and repairs in a computerized system

　　Communicate with machine operators, production manager, and all other departments as needed to prevent downtime on machines

　　Assist with new equipment installation

　　Qualifications, experience, and other:

　　Understanding and ability to perform repairs of basic electrical and mechanical systems

　　Ability to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate

　　Ability to read and understand mechanical prints, electrical diagrams, and relay logic

　　Basic knowledge of PLCs and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)

　　Welding and carpentry skills are a plus

　　The essential functions of this role include:

　　manual lifting up to 50lbs

　　standing for 8 hours at one time
