Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesaleand retail customers to determine their needs, answer their questionsabout Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the right solutions.Customer Service Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve anycustomer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as stayup-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality andvisual standards of the products and store. Customer Service Specialistsare tasked with achieving excellent customer service, while consistentlymeeting the store\'s sales goals. Ensure high levels of customersatisfaction through excellent sales service Assist customers in personand over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriateproducts and services Build productive trust relationships withwholesale and retail customers Process sales transactions accurately andconsistent with policies and procedures Follow and achieve sales goalson a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis Maintain precise work orderfiles and formulas Pull appropriate products from the sales floor orwarehouse Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specificationsStock shelves and set up displays Clean store equipment Load/unloaddelivery trucks Assist in making deliveries, as needed Maintain in-stockand presentable condition assigned areas Remain knowledgeable onproducts offered and discuss available options Comply with inventorycontrol procedures Suggest ways to improve sales Minimum Requirements:Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Must be legally authorizedto work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship foremployment work visa status now or in the future Must be able, with orwithout reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves andfloor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70lbs. on occasion Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation,to tint paint consistent with customer color requests Must be willing towork all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, withor without reasonable accommodation Preferred Qualifications: Have avalid, unrestricted Driver\'s License Have at least a High Schooldiploma or GED Have at least one (1) year experience...
