Title: Digital Transformation Specialist$65,000 - $75,000 / Posted Thru: 2-1-24
Location: Remote/Virtual
Purpose:The person in this role will perform a broad range of tasks that include research, collaboration, designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, etc.), Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, etc.) and other digital transformation applications. The goal is to develop and maintain solutions across IT and enterprise applications that ensure data is leveraged and tasks automated that would increase visibility, consistency and efficiency of IT operations and its support of the organization.Duties and Responsibilities:Design, acquire/develop and implement solutions that enhance operations for Information Technology, and the organization, in collaboration with IT and internal stakeholders.Design, develop, test, and maintain Power Platform environments, SharePoint, Teams, AvePoint and other assets involved with the digital transformation experience. Responsibilities also include administering configurations for various environments, maintaining applications, communicating with platform users and stakeholders, and preparing reports for applications and assets.Work with other departments within the organization to ensure the power platform is accurate and up to date. Work with other developers to create and maintain the application code and data needed to operate the Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, AvePoint and other platforms involved with digital transformation efforts.Analyze requests for system changes and develop effective solutions that meet the needs of the business while balancing the development and implementation maintenance costs.Develop and maintain software that controls the Power Platform, monitors performance, and transmits data to external systemsand applications.Oversight, administration, and optimization of enterprise productivity tool environments including, but not limited to Microsoft 0365 (SharePoint, Teams, Office Online), Microsoft Power Platform (Power Bl, Power Apps, Power Automate) Microsoft Intune and other end-user management and enablement solutions.Work collaboratively with the enterprise architect, co-workers within IT and end-users to create roadmaps that increase technical efficiencies.Select and work within automation platforms to automate general IT functions to perform tasks and event orchestration. Functions would include, but are not limited to, the creation, reporting, and management of 0365 environments, enhancements to Apps, Flows and the IT Catalog, and monthly reports.Empower end-users while enforcing governance by creating and extending self-service functionality for enterprise and productivity applications to the organization.Propagation of a citizen development environment for Power users within the organization.Assist in planning for future storage and capacity needs with regards to expected growth and performance of enterprise technology.Ensure security of technology systems; monitors user access and application security; performs audits; participates in application reviews.Support internal and external customers by providing expert advice and troubleshoot issues; provide technical support and training to end-users.Comply with HIPAA, NIST 800-53 and SOC 2 security requirements.Support customer projects by applying technical expertise. Assure that customer application satisfaction is maintained always.Provide recommendations for and assist in creating and implementing the annual and multi annual technology plan.
