This position reports to multiple supervisors during the course of theiremployment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES(include the following, otherduties may be assigned)
Janitorial, housekeeping and laundry duties as assigned.
Main point of contact for day to day deliveries coming into the hotelfor retail and housekeeping.
Set up and tear down of resort and hotel events.
Parking and event security responsibilities.
Partial building and grounds responsibilities, ie. weeding, snow removaletc.
Maintains building cleanliness during and after events.
Ability to learn computer functions of microsoft office programs.
Ability to interact with guests positively, make deliveries to rooms andset up cots and cribs for guests.
Ability to use laundry equipment, steamer and ironing equipment.
Helps coordinate projects between Lodging, Food and Beverage andHousekeeping departments.
Creates work orders when needed for event and public spaces around theresort for maintenance staff.
Any other duties as assigned by the Lodging Director or HousekeepingManager.

The employee is frequently exposed to outdoor weatherconditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
RESORT CONDITIONS
This is a Winter Resort Area. It requires that work venues are varied,and in many cases include steep stairways, multi-level buildings andoutdoor work areas, subject to very cold, sometimes wet or very sunnywork sites. Some facilities are located at the base or bottom area andsome are semi-remote and can only be reached by traveling via chairlift(s), skis or snowboards. Walking surfaces are frequently frozen,sloped and slippery. Proper footwear is a must, indoors and out. Workdays and hours, as well as the number of hours required will vary, withan emphasis on weekends and holidays
