Description:

　　The Pharmacist could be doing one of two jobs;

　　Prescription Review/Data quality reviews- checking prescriptions going in and out of the Pharmacy. Verifying all the data and all of the clinical, quality, and drug utilization review are correct. Making sure the appropriate medication, dose, strength, directions, quantity, safety, and patient information etc are correct. Check incoming and outgoing prescriptions.

　　They could be also handling inbound/outbound calls from drs. office/provider offices with questions around prescription. The could also be handling outbound calls to the Pharmacies or members. They could be handling patient/family education of medication over the phone.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Experience: Minimum Required: 1 - 2 years of professional experience as a Pharmacist in a retail or specialty pharmacy setting.

　　Must have a B.S. Pharm degree. Pharm.D. degree is preferred.

　　Must possess a current and valid Pharmacist state license, in good standing.
