Job Summary
As an HR intern, you will perform a variety of confidential and detailed tasks, supporting various HR managers, and collaborating with team members. You will receive on-the-job training, as well as mentorship. To be a strong candidate for an internship, you should have an understanding of HR principles and concepts. You should be collaborative, trustworthy, receptive to feedback, eager to learn, and have a positive demeanor.
Main Responsibilities
Assist members of the HR team with various tasks, such as: data entry, auditing records, etc.
Assist with research, filing, data entry, etc.
Maintain accurate and complete records.
Handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
Complete tasks or projects, as assigned.
Other administrative duties as assigned.
Education
Currently enrolled in a relevant program, such as: Human Resources, Organizational Management, or Business Administration & Management. Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills: verbal, written and presentation, required.
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive data.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to think independently and work collaboratively.
