Your Career
As the Salesforce Developer, you will interface directly with business users and enterprise BSAs to understand business requirements, define solution architecture, create technical specs, design, develop and implement solutions focused on the Salesforce platform.
We are looking for a rock star to work on one of the larger and more complex Salesforce implementations with lots of opportunities to learn new aspects of Salesforce, gain valuable experience, and make a huge impact in a fast-growing company.

Work with one of the larger Salesforce implementations, bringing your knowledge of how to develop high-quality solutions – and, more importantly, your hunger to learn and develop new technologies
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Engineer to lead our efforts in optimizing and maintaining our Salesforce org - This role involves enhancing system performance, ensuring data integrity, and implementing best practices to maximize the efficiency of our Salesforce environment
Analyze current Salesforce org configurations and workflows to identify areas for improvement
Implement solutions to streamline processes, reduce redundancy, and enhance user experience
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Maintenance and Support
Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively to minimize downtime
Conduct regular audits of data quality and integrity, implementing corrective actions as necessary
Provide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring they are equipped to leverage Salesforce effectively
Development and Customization
Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and reports using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and enhance functionality
Best Practices and Documentation
Establish and enforce best practices for Salesforce development and configuration
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures
Collaboration and Leadership
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT and business units, to align Salesforce capabilities with business objectives
Mentor junior Salesforce engineers and provide guidance on complex projects
Your Experience
BE/B.tech Engineering or equivalent technical degree is mandatory or equivalent military experience required
An overall experience of 8+ years in Salesforce, with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce development - Optimization of Salesforce Platform
Proven track record of optimizing Salesforce orgs for performance and user experience
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security best practices
Experience with data migration tools and strategies
Multi-year, enterprise software coding experience with Lightning, LWC, Apex, Visualforce, REST, Javascript, CSS, web design, and UX design
Must have Hands-on, practical experience designing and developing for Optimization of Salesforce Platform and Communities
Proven track record of designing, developing, reviewing, testing, mentoring team members, help with design for juniors, conduct design reviews, delivering scalable, high-quality solutions on Salesforce – and the real-time ability to describe these solutions and iterate on them in the interview
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, pick up new skills quickly, and propose highly innovative solutions to a problem you have never seen before
Track record of creativity, problem-solving, and good quality development and time management
Certifications
Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred)
Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Developer) are a plus
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to keep up with current technology trends to assess and make recommendations on processes, designs, operations, in keeping with the latest technology
Working closely with the team at HQ in California, including working with business partners to collect requirements and conduct UAT sessions
