　　North Fork Fresh Mex LLC is a Springfield, MO based restaurant franchiser operating 90+ restaurant locations nationally.

　　Position Overview:

　　As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in our franchise office's finance department, focusing on Accounts Receivable duties. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations, contributing to the growth and success of our franchise.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of cash and credit card receivables for multiple restaurant locations.

　　Audit deposits for missing transactions and cash.

　　Upload third party transactions and sales through Quickbooks imports.

　　Compile and analyze financial information from various sources to prepare reports and entries in general ledger accounts.

　　Reconcile all bank accounts monthly.

　　Inspect account books for efficiency and accuracy.

　　Analyze and record accurate month-end journal entries.

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

　　Proven experience in accounting, with a focus on either accounts receivable or accounts payable.

　　Above average excel usage and formula knowledge.

　　Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

　　Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).

　　Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

　　Strong organizational and time-management skills.

　　Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

　　High level of integrity and professionalism.

　　Knowledge of restaurant or franchise accounting is a plus.
