RAYUS Radiology, formerly Center for Diagnostic Imaging and Insight Imaging, is looking for a Field Service Engineer II to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer II, you will provide routine preventive and corrective maintenance for diagnostic imaging equipment within professional standards and with excellent customer service. This is a full-time, daytime position and is located within our Seattle, WA center.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:(70%) MaintenancePerforms routine and preventive maintenance and calibrations on diagnostic imaging equipment within recommended guidelinesConducts emergency repair for all imaging equipmentOrders and sources partsPerforms testing and calibration of imaging equipment on a regular basisTroubleshoots diagnostic imaging equipment from a remote site using computer technology(25%) Documentation & communicationDocuments preventive and corrective maintenance performed and related invoices in maintenance connectionCompletes and submits work log and repair ticket information in a timely manner to support utilization and equipment maintenance management analysis and trackingMaintains positive attitude and working relationships with radiologists, vendors, peers and other associatesCommunicates equipment status with radiologists, technologists and vendors as neededParticipates in scheduled market management meetings, providing updates on all imaging equipment(5%) Completes other tasks and project as assignedAssociate's degree in electronic technologyMinimum of 5 years field service engineer experience, with OEM training on at least one major device2 years diagnostic imaging machine repair, or related equipment experienceMicrosoft Office Suite experienceValid driver's license and proof of current insuranceRAYUS is committed to delivering clinical excellence in communities across the U.S., driven by our passion for and superior service to referring providers and patients.
