　　Job Summary:

　　We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, managing financial transactions, and contributing to the overall financial health of our organization.

　　Responsibilities:

　　General Ledger Management:

　　Maintain and reconcile the general ledger to ensure accurate financial reporting.

　　Record and categorize financial transactions with precision.

　　Accounts Payable and Receivable:

　　Process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.

　　Manage customer invoicing and accounts receivable collections.

　　Financial Reporting:

　　Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.

　　Generate financial reports for management review.

　　Bank Reconciliation:

　　Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.

　　Monitor cash flow and report any issues or concerns.

　　Collaboration:

　　Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and management.

　　Provide financial expertise to support decision-making processes.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

　　Proven experience as a Staff Accountant or similar role.

　　Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

　　Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

　　Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

　　Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
