　　Description:

　　Customer service/support, answering phones, covering the front desk-aiding in shipping and receiving samples (during the summer you will be helping out more with sample intake)

　　-you will also be cross-trained to support in the lab:

　　-testing for e.coli, coliform, pH, preparing media and test kits for clients, monitoring lab equipment

　　-Answering phone

　　-Preparing shipping bottles and boxes

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　High School Degree required

　　2 years' customer service preferred

　　Eager to learn

　　Reliable

　　Able to work independently and as a team

　　Lab and/or agricultural experience is a plus but not required
