The ideal candidate for this position can prepare journal entries, monthly and year-end closings, bank reconciliation, fixed asset maintenance, and general ledger reconciliation and be responsible for many aspects of internal reporting during the monthly close. This position will participate in compliance, interact with our external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits, and review schedules reporting processes. This position is ideal for someone with a complex understanding of Financial Statements, Cash Flow projections, and Budgets.

　　How you will make an impact

　　Manage schedules for capital lease and monthly payments

　　Support the month end, quarter end and year end closing process, which includes monthly financial close workbook preparation

　　Assemble analyses for monthly balance sheets and income statements for management reporting

　　Take part in various department-wide initiatives

　　Manage intercompany billings, transactions, and reconciliation

　　Organize and review a variety of financial data, reporting it in a way that is useful and understandable

　　Regularly maintain and reconcile journal entries

　　In-depth experience with month end balance sheet account reconciliations

　　Conduct month end close and compose journal entries with minimal supervision

　　Maintain fixed asset ledgers, depreciation, and reconciliation

　　Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations which include, but are not limited to, cash, prepaid expenses, and payroll

　　Contribute to the implementation, maintenance and adherence to internal controls and accounting procedures ensuring compliance with GAAP

　　Ad-hoc reporting and special projects, as requested Requirements - Ability to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent, and to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment

　　Proficient with spreadsheets and databases

　　Solid understanding of account reconciliation

　　BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics

　　Vow to meet business deadlines

　　Extraordinary analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　Observant, accurate and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

　　Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills required

　　Competent with spreadsheets and databases

　　Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills

　　Proficient in ERP systems

　　Recent and relevant accounting experience
