Key Responsibilities and areas of deliverables are:
Act as a co-pilot to the project manager to ensure focus on the achievement of the financial goals of the project.
Responsible for Providing all required financial information about the project
Act as a single point of contact for all financial issues relating to the project.
Responsible for close monitoring of the project deliverables
Setting up and driving Internal control systems for project finance - safeguard assets, prevent fraud, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain accurate financial records.
Responsible for Budgetary control & Cashflow management
Active involvement in contract negotiation to ensure financial terms and conditions of project contracts algins with the project's financial objectives.
Financial Risk Management for the Project Identify, report & develop mitigation plan.
Responsible for ensuring Compliance with Regulatory & statutory & Internal control system
Reporting Management reporting project , operations & Project KPI tracking , Statutory
Handling & coordinate Audit statutory, tax , internal & Banking requirements & Group Finance team.
RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient in Managing Finance Operation for a Manufacturing Setup
Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in Finance Function
Exposure to FMCG Manufacturing setups, projects execution in the similar Industry
Experience of setting up systems and process & Project management capabilities
Work on due diligence, and compliance as per regulation, documentation
Financial modelling & Experience of tracking & monitoring financial risk
Coordinating Audits & Experience of Management reporting
Experience of reporting to Board or Senior Management committee
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified Accounting Professional or Postgraduate Degree in Business Finance/Accounting
Good Knowledge of SAP and BI
MIS and Reporting
Exposure of FMCG environment and Manufactyuring areas will be preferred
