Summary You will serve as a TECHNICIAN in the NETWORK AND DIGITAL SYSTEM SUSTAINMENT DIVISION, DIGITAL ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. Responsibilities You will serve as the Sustainment Team Lead for the Zumwalt Total System Computing Environment Infrastructure (TSCEi) Hardware program, providing leadership and technical expertise. You will manage and coordinate the sustainment functions for the TSCEi system, including operations, testing, configuration management, cybersecurity, deployment, modernization, and maintenance. You will provide program planning and technical direction in multiple functional areas including modernization, maintenance, test planning and execution, data analysis, and reporting. You will be responsible for working with other Team Leads and In-Service Engineering Agents (ISEAs) to generate and manage schedules, budget estimates, related status reports, and presentation materials as required. You will provide technical leadership, planning, guidance, and coordination for work group efforts in support of the Program. You will plan, program, and direct diverse teams in the implementation and execution of ISEA functional support, shipboard technical data development and validation, and problem resolution for optimal performance of installed systems. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the pay band NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing engineering project requirements to modernize, configure, test and evaluate data and resolve technical problems for a ship combat systems sustainment program.
