Food Manufacturing Company Urgently Looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to Start As Soon As Possible

Shift: 5am-1:30pm ; Some Saturdays
Location: Lodi, NJ
Salary: $75k/year
Full Benefits Offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Holiday Pay, and only $10-$15/monthly to be fully covered
Skills:
This position supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment, and in fabricating metal parts and tools
Oversees start up maintenance floor activities and assists workers in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment.
Interprets company policies for employees and enforces safety and environmental regulations.
Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.
You are responsible to act as backup for employees you are directly supervising unless backup is specified within the process's procedure
Skills Details:
· Maintaining of proper inventories of spare parts (issuing “used” to work orders and ordering “replenishments” of stock)
· Creation of new spare parts in SAP including storage locations
· Minimum of 1 cycle count all parts annually (expectation of Corp Accounting)
· Cleanliness and organization of stockroom

· Ability to manage maintenance workers into a cohesive team
· Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists;
· Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form;
· Computer skills, Microsoft Office
· Purchase order generation and management
Experience Level:
· 3-5 years experience in maintenance management
· 1-2 years experience parts management
· 1-2 years experience in Food & Beverage/Pharma/Nutraceutical Industry Preferred
