Description

　　Our west metro client is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their growing team for a full-time position. Duties for this role will include include preparing and reviewing monthly and quarterly payroll journal entries, preparing reclass journal entries, reconciling various payroll and benefit accounts, monitoring bonus/commission and other accruals, prepare various payroll reports, and reconciling confidential bank accounts. Candidates will have 1-2+ years of accounting experience. Degree preferred but not required.

　　Requirements - BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics

　　Recent and relevant accounting experience

　　Excellent analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines

　　High attention to detail

　　Current and relevant ERP system experience

　　Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities

　　Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment

　　Expertise in journal entries

　　Deep understanding of workday

　　Payroll experience

　　ADP - Payroll experience

　　Adeptness in Reconcile Payroll

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Workday Payroll

　　Month end closings experience

　　Mature organizational, written and verbal communication skills

　　Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases

　　Proficient with spreadsheets and databases
