　　STAFF ACCOUNTANT - Growth Oriented Company in Lawrenceville

Located in the Lawrenceville, Georgia area, this position is a challenging, multi-faceted opportunity to work for a company that recognizes and rewards hard work. If you have the ability to prepare journal entries, monthly and year-end closings, bank reconciliation, fixed asset maintenance, and general ledger reconciliation and be responsible for many aspects of internal reporting during the monthly close, you will be preferred for this position. If you think you can participate in compliance, interact with our external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits, and review schedules reporting processes, this role might be right for you. This could be the ideal position for you, if you have a complex understanding of Financial Statements, Cash Flow projections, and Budgets.

　　Your responsibilities in this role:

　　Participate in various department-wide initiatives

　　Recurring journal entries maintenance and reconciliation

　　Manage schedules for capital lease and monthly payments

　　In-depth experience with reconciling month end balance sheet accounts

　　Organize and review a variety of financial data, reporting it in a way that is useful and understandable

　　Perform month end close, journal entries, with minimum supervision

　　Assist in implementation, maintenance and adherence to internal controls and accounting procedures ensuring compliance with GAAP

　　Maintain fixed asset ledgers, depreciation, and reconciliation

　　Compose analyses for income statements and monthly balance sheets for management reporting

　　Produce complex journal entries and account reconciliations which include, but are not limited to, cash, prepaid expenses, and payroll

　　Manage intercompany reconciliation, billings, and transactions

　　Ad hoc reporting and performing special projects upon request

　　Support the month end, quarter end and year end closing process, which includes monthly financial close workbook preparation

　　Requirements

　　Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics

　　Recent and relevant accounting experience

　　Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems

　　Demonstrated ability in exemplary analytical, quantitative and social skills

　　High attention to detail

　　Ability to complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines

　　Fully formed organizational, written and verbal communication skills

　　Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment
