This Staff Accountant position is for candidates who can prepare journal entries, monthly and year-end closings, bank reconciliation, fixed asset maintenance, and general ledger reconciliation. This role's duties include internal reporting during the monthly close, participate in compliance, interact with our external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits, and review schedules reporting processes. 　　Responsibilities

　　Complete monthly bank reconciliations

　　Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc client reports, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements

　　Assist in preparation of internal reports as needed

　　Process accounts payable invoices - transaction entry and processing

　　Process cash receipts - transaction entry and processing

　　Monitor daily cash balance

　　Assist on other projects as needed

　　Provide excellent accounting related client customer service and support

　　Assist in identifying opportunities in the accounting systems to streamline processes

　　Requirements

　　BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or EconomicsEfficient in ERP systemsSage Intacct experienceCompetent with spreadsheets and databasesExceptional analytical, quantitative and social skillsTakes action on items beyond formal job responsibilitiesExperience working in a dynamic and changing company environment a plusAttention to detail and demonstrated ability to follow standard procedures is a requirementStrong organizational, written and verbal communication skills requiredRecent and relevant accounting experienceAbility to work within spreadsheets and databasesPlease contact Mahil Santram via LinkedIn if interested in this Staff Accountant position.
