　　Summary

　　Cotton Holdings is actively looking for a Roofing Estimator for one of its subsidiaries, Stellar Commercial Roofing. The Estimator is responsible for creating accurate, favorable, and agreed upon estimates for Commercial Roofing projects by working closely with internal and external sources. The Estimator is also responsible for ensuring Approved Insurance paperwork is received in a timely manner in addition to any supplements needed throughout the life cycle of a roofing project.

　　Key Responsibilities

　　Collaborate with the sales team to determine accurate scopes of work for estimates.

　　Using project files and sales notes, prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial roofing projects for both insurance and reroof bid projects

　　Prepare estimates utilizing Xactimate Software for insurance projects

　　Discuss and defend in a professional manner all estimates with insurance representatives to obtain in a timely manner a favorable and agreed upon Insurance Estimate, while maximizing company margins. This may include Supplements.

　　Work within the ERP system and MS Teams to ensure project information is stored in detail and in real time, for records and communication purposes.

　　Facilitate conversations about the status of approved insurance estimate paperwork and supplements in weekly operations meeting.

　　The ability to collaborate with other departments in the company to ensure a project’s success.

　　Perform to KPI’s established on a monthly basis

　　Potential field support during Hurricane Events

　　Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

　　Home office will be Houston

　　5 + years of experience

　　Expert proficiency in Xactimate preferred

　　Knowledgeable in commercial roof systems (Metal, Single Ply, BUR, Shingle)

　　Thorough understanding of Commercial Insurance Loss with a solid track record in successfully navigating the insurance loss process

　　Experience as a Building Consultant or Public Adjuster would be a plus

　　Excellent communicator with the ability to effectively discuss projects with insurance adjusters, consultants, and engineers

　　Highly Organized and detail oriented

　　Works well under pressure in fast-paced environments

　　Ability to work as part of a team

　　Self-motivated

　　Willing to travel to be field support during Hurricane Events
