Do you want to help define the future of Go to Market (GTM) at AWS related to generative AI? You will be part of the core worldwide GenAI Models team, responsible for helping our customers build and deploy Generative AI (GenAI) models to power end applications and use cases across industry verticals. You will engage with third party model owners and internal service owners to influence product direction and help our customers tap into new markets by utilizing GenAI along with AWS Services. AWS works with a number of GenAI model providers, you will be working directly with them , become the subject matter experts on the models so that you will produce enablement content and external facing content related to model performance, developing demos and proof-of-concepts of GenAI end applications and use cases with large models.

Key job responsibilities

You will help develop the industry’s best cloud-based solutions to grow the GenAI business. Working closely with field teams and 3rd party model providers, you will help enable new capabilities for our customers to develop and deploy GenAI workloads on AWS. This involves activities like building an opportunity pipeline, working with customers to understand technical requirements for proof-of-concepts (POC), creating content to train the field teams, and driving thought-leadership.

The ideal candidate possess hands-on experience working with customer's development projects, can lead and drive engagements with startups and large enterprises, and has domain expertise in GenAI and key ML use cases. You have the technical depth to articulate the benefits of our GenAI-related services and solutions to data scientists, and C-Level executives. You are passionate about market development and evangelism. You will need to be adept at interacting, communicating, and partnering with teams within AWS, and externally with customers and 3rd party model providers.

Basic Qualifications

5+ years of responding to requests for proposals (e.g., determining requirements, matching requirements to technical approach and solutions, developing solutions against requirements) experience

Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level

Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

5+ years of pre-sales engineering, technical business development, enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or program/product management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations

Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements

6+ years of responding to requests for proposals (e.g., determining requirements, matching requirements to technical approach and solutions, developing solutions against requirements) experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
